THE NEW DATES FOR TUTTOFOOD

Once more, the theme at the new edition of TUTTOFOOD, to be held in Milan from 10 to 13 June 2009, will be internationalization. “The success of the first edition – states Ernesto Calaprice, Managing Director of Sifa S.p.A., the Fiera Milano company that organizes TUTTOFOOD – has encouraged us to continue along the road to internationalization of our show. The investment made by TUTTOFOOD to bring the sector’s biggest operators to Milan has been appreciated by the exhibiting companies, and this can only give reason for satisfaction and an incentive to maintain the same course”.

Also explained is the choice of the second half of May. As Michela Fischer, Manager of the Milanese show points out, “In order to offer its exhibitors a complete package of solutions differentiated according to the type of company and the country of reference, TUTTOFOOD has signed agreements with the organizers of shows in various parts of the world, so it made sense to choose a date that avoided any overlapping”.

TUTTOFOOD’s work will continue throughout the whole of 2008. Contemporarily with the new dates, the organizers also announced the presentation of a programme of workshops aimed at increasing the visibility, and consequently business, for Italian products abroad. “The agreement with Fancy Food – continues Ms Fischer – is an essential stop along this route. We will begin the long series of workshops in San Francisco next January. TUTTOFOOD’s commitment will be to accompany the companies step by step, a reciprocal collaboration leading up to the great appointment with TUTTOFOOD from 10 to 13 June 2009”.
