The pleasures of tasting: a special area/event devoted to wine paired with food and territory

Promoting a territory’s products by creating awareness of their distinctive qualities and appreciation of their versatility on the table through a mini tasting course and cooking lessons given by Michelin starred chefs: these are the inviting ingredients of this special area-event.

Chefs from the prestigious CHIC group will give cooking demonstrations to promote the image of quality wines through special pairings with dishes prepared during the sessions.

The sessions will consist of specific themed educationals, followed by tastings paired with wines, with the assistance of AIS sommeliers.

The MiWine Tasting &Food Educational initiative will cover an area of 450 sq.m. in Hall 22, with cooking classes and 12 stands displaying and offering tastings of wines by the same number of prestigious Italian wine producers over the four days of the show. Organized by ViaBagutta Comunicazione in collaboration with Chic (Charming Italian Chef), the group of award-winning chefs, the aim is to promote a territory’s products by creating awareness of their special qualities and versatility on the table through a mini tasting course and targeted cooking classes held by well-known chefs. The initiative is directed at operators, buyers, restaurateurs and journalists (participation max. 50 people – booking required).
